Mango Smoothie Bowl

Mango Smoothie Bowl

I have been so inspired since the sun has been shining and the flowers started to grow again. Although life is on a hold right now, nature keeps doing its thing and that is such a inspiration to me to keep evolving and growing as a person especially during this crazy time.

Getting creative in the kitchen is such a great way to make eating healthy easier and so much more fun. Hopefully the recipes I have been sharing with you inspire you to take care of yourself and help you to stay on track during this time.

Today I wanted to share a delicious smoothie bowl which is perfect for warm spring days. This bowl is inspired by the beautiful daffodils which we have placed all over the house, which create such a peaceful vibe inside.

  • 250 Grams of frozen mango chunks
  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • Water
  • Strawberries
  • Fresh mango
  • Fresh banana

Before adding in the fruit into your blender make sure that the frozen mango and banana have soften a bit so it is easier to blend. Let the mango and banana melt for about 8-10 minutes after taking it out of the freezer.

In a high-speed blender add the frozen mango and frozen banana together with about 1/4 – 1/2 cup of water depending on how strong your blender is and how smooth you want your smoothie bowl to be. Blend the mango, banana and water until you have a smooth smoothie consistency.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and finish it off with some chopped up strawberries, mango and banana on top.

Enjoy on a bright spring morning or any other moment of the day!

Much love,
