I hope all of you are safe during this crazy time!
Having to stay at home has caused me to have some more time to focus on fun projects and picking up hobbies. I felt so inspired share another breakfast bowl with you, I can’t wait for you to try it at home as well.
- Puffed spelt (or any other puffed grain like wheat, rice or even quinoa)
- A plant based-milk of your choice
Start by adding the puffed spelt into a bowl. Cut up the mango and pineapple into cubes and the strawberries into halves or quarters. Add the fruit to the bowl and finally pour a plant-based milk of your choice in the bowl. Personally I used coconut milk out of a carton. It gives this breakfast bowl an extra tropical flavor which fits perfectly with the tropical fruits I have added to this bowl.
