A few weeks ago I had my first experience with cold breakfast bowls, and wow that changed everything! For the last few year my breakfast consisted of oatmeal and banana ice cream, which I both love. However changing things up every now and then is exciting and keeps me inspired to live a healthy vegan lifestyle.
The summer break has just started, which means more time to do the things that bring me joy. Taking photos, writing poetry, learning to play the keyboard and creating new and healthy vegan recipes. So I am so excited to share this ‘recipe’ and the photos I created, because I had so much fun making them.
To be honest it probably isn’t even legal to call this a recipe haha. You just got to mix some things together and you get this sweet and delicious breakfast bowl, but it is too great to not share with you.
- Sugar free puffed spelt (or any other grain you prefer)
- Alpro coconutmilk drink
- Few strawberries
- Few cherries
In a bowl add the puffed spelt and add as much coconut milk as you like. For some extra sweetness and color on top add the strawberries and some cherries.
