Last weekend I had to get a really quick breakfast, so I ran into the shop couldn’t decide between soy yoghurt, a Nakd bar or puffed corn cakes with fruit. So I bought all of them and made a combination of the four ingredients. Not looking very appetizing because I was on the go, but it tasted amazing! At that moment I knew I had to remake it and make it pretty!
Last weekend was so incredible, I went to the Joanne Tour from Lady Gaga. If you know me even a bit, you know that I have been obsessed with her since the age of 10. Seeing her in concert again was absolutely amazing!
Anyway, back to the recipe of this week. This meal was really a treat, normally I like to eat foods that are a lot more whole and less processed. However, sometimes it is fun to have something different. When eating whole foods most of the time, a breakfast like this really feels like a treat!
Ingredients:
- Soy or any other plant-based Yoghurt
- 1 Grapefruit
- 3 Puffed Corn Cakes
- 1 Pecan Pie Nakd Bar
- Cacao Powder
Pour the soy yoghurt in a bowl.
For the granola break down the corn cakes into small pieces. Pour over some raw cacao powder and mix it in well. Take a Nakd Bar and cut it into small pieces and roll them into small balls. Mix the Nakd Bar balls with the granola and sprinkle this on top of the soy yoghurt. Finally cut up the grapefruit into pieces and add it to your bowl.
Enjoy your delicious bowl!
