Sweet Red Fruit Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Sweet Red Fruit Breakfast Baked OatmealRed, the colour of love, passion and energy. This sweet red fruit breakfast will make you love, give you passion and energy, so you can shine all day.

This recipe is perfect for people who have a sweet tooth and still want something healthy. I let my sister taste something of this baked oatmeal and she wanted to make it herself right away! 


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen red fruit mix
  • 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice (I used almond milk)
  • few fresh raspberries

Other things needed:

  • Baking tray (diameter 12 cm, height 5 cm)


Preheat the oven at 175°C Put the frozen fruits into the baking tray. Now mix the oats, baking powder and chia seeds into a mixing bowl. Add this mixture on top of the frozen fruits and finally pour the non-dairy milk all over it.

Place the baking tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the raspberries in half and place them on top of your baked oatmeal.
