This recipe is perfect for people who have a sweet tooth and still want something healthy. I let my sister taste something of this baked oatmeal and she wanted to make it herself right away!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen red fruit mix
- 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice (I used almond milk)
- few fresh raspberries
Other things needed:
- Baking tray (diameter 12 cm, height 5 cm)
Preheat the oven at 175°C Put the frozen fruits into the baking tray. Now mix the oats, baking powder and chia seeds into a mixing bowl. Add this mixture on top of the frozen fruits and finally pour the non-dairy milk all over it.
Place the baking tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Cut the raspberries in half and place them on top of your baked oatmeal.
